Camp Williams is our amazing, flagship youth programme running every half term – usually in both Newark AND Nottingham. This year only, we’re creating a special edition of Camp Williams in Newark, giving our Nottingham campers the chance to make the most of the exciting facilities at the YMCA Community and Activity Village.
The YMCA Village is our front-runner project in Newark and is home to tons of incredible facilities, such as our purpose-built dance studio, multiple football pitches, athletics track, and of course our world-class climbing centre – the largest in the East Midlands, full of features for beginners through to experts.
This December, Nottingham campers and staff will be jumping on the free Camp Williams coach to spend our days at Newark. The coach will take us to and from the Emmanuel School (West Bridgford) and the Village each day, though parents are welcome to drop their campers off directly if preferred. All your favourite Camp Williams staff will be there, and we’ll still be playing all your favourite games/skill clinics etc. The best of Camp Williams in Nottingham and the best of Camp Williams in Newark will combine for a fantastic, one-off event that’s not to be missed!
