Nottinghamshire YMCA Coronavirus Risk Assessments
Nottinghamshire YMCA has established a pandemic task group, working in tandem with government advice to coordinate all efforts around the COVID-19 situation and to provide guidance to our staff.
Notable actions include but are not limited to:
- Asking all employees to work remotely as much as possible; wherever possible, the NCVS office and some of our main sites remain open.
- Initiating split-team options and select staff segregation for business-critical roles/functions to help facilitate social distancing and keep staff safe.
- Announcing the cancellation or postponement of physical events through June / July 2020, and evaluating which events will be able to be delivered in the future or by virtual experience.
In addition to the measures above, Nottinghamshire YMCA has continuously reviewed and is fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees. This is our top priority in order to maintain the business continuity needed to provide the support and service which our customers rely on.
As this situation evolves, our teams will be proactively reaching out if there is additional support we can provide across our various service areas. In the meantime, if you have any further questions about Nottinghamshire YMCA’s response to COVID-19, staff members should contact your manager or Health and Safety representative.
