You are invited to our Spring timetable launch event next week at the YMCA gym

Come down to the YMCA gym between 1-3pm and 5-8pm on Monday 7th April to try out our amazing selection of classes.

Sessions include:

Spin – Sprints, climbs and recovery on the bikes.

HIIT Tabata – Simple doesn’t mean easy. 20 seconds work. 10 seconds rest. Repeat.

Synrgy360 – Circuit training for 2014. Pilates – Challenge and improve your balance, posture and core strength.

Recover – Stretch. Get mobile. Go again.

For one night only – Try the Reggaerobics Master Class or enter the gym challenge. Are you our fastest rower over 500m?
