Standards – week 1 – Row 1km
1. Sit comfortably and strap in to the Concept 2 rower.
2. Set the resistance to level 6.
3. Do not pick up the handle until the timer starts.
4. Row 1km in the shortest time you can achieve.
5. The timer stops as soon as you have reached at least 1000 metres and not before.
6. Submit your time (in seconds) to YMCA gym staff.
You can resubmit your score as often as you like before the 28th November 2014.
