Pick 1 exercise (can be any exercise)
Do 1 rep of that movement in the first minute
Add 1 rep each minute until you are unable to complete the reps within the minute.
Eg:
Min 1: 1 Burpee
Min 2: 2 Burpees
Min 3: 3 Burpees etc…
