*Use either a Kettlebell or Dumbbells for this workout 

Version B: ‘Minimalist’ 

EMOM – For As Long As Possible 

Burpee 

1 rep in the first minute 

2 reps in the second minute 

*Increase reps by 1 each minute until failure
