Performance and Fitness Notes

This is a pairs WOD in a ‘you go I go’ format. Athletes can split the reps between them however they want and have 33 minutes to try and complete.

Every 3 minutes the athlete working must stop and both will perform 6 synchro burpees; then they can proceed through the chipper from where they left off.

Keep working in this format until the chipper is complete.
