Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced trainer, every detail is designed specifically for you. You’ll receive support and motivation every step of the way, along with all the tools and knowledge you need to keep you accountable and on track.
We go beyond just delivering exercise and nutrition programmes and take a 360 approach into all aspects of your life to ensure you are truly able to become the best version of yourself.
You don’t have to be a YMCA Gym member to enjoy the benefits of TrueCoach. Our online training programme is open to non-members, so friends and family can take part too! Plus, there’s no contract and payments are recurring and you are free to cancel whenever you choose.

Take the first step
Step 1: Fill out the enquiry form and register your interest. Please ensure you enter your contact details and preferred method of contact.
Step 2: A coach will arrange a convenient time to have a free no obligation 30 minute consultation to understand your current fitness levels, discover what your goals are and your online coaching needs. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you might have and to find out if TrueCoach is the right fit for you.
Step 3: If you decide to sign up, your coach will set up your TrueCoach account for you and arrange your first meeting where together you will design and plan a personal training programme tailored specifically for you.
Step 4: After your first meeting with your coach you will start receiving your personalised training and nutrition plans.
