‘12 Days of Christmas’

WOD

1 Snatch

2 HSPU/Push Ups

3 Clean & Jerk

4 Pull Ups/Ring Rows

5 Thrusters

6 BJO

7 STOH

8 Cals

9 Bent Over Rows

10 AKB Swings

11 Deadlifts

12 BFB

* Start with 1 Snatch. Then do 2 HSPU and 1 Snatch. Then 3 Clean & Jerk, 2 HSPU, and 1 Snatch.
Continue this way until the final round of 12 BFB, 11 Deadlifts, and each movement descending in repetitions all the way down to 1 Snatch.

**Use the same weight for all barbell movements.
