Alternating Power Snatch
Burpee
7 Toes to DB after each round
20 Minute Time Cap

*Start with 20 DB Snatches into 2 Burpees, then 18 DB Snatches into 4 Burpees etc… Make sure you complete 7 Toes to DB each time you finish your burpees.

*Start with 20 Squat Jumps into 2 Burpees, then 18 DB Squat Jumps into 4 Burpees etc… Make sure you complete 7 Toes to DB each time you finish your burpees.
