Youth Tenancy Sustainment Officer

The Role
Are you passionate about helping people get back on their feet?

Our residents need your knowledge and experience. Are you organised and proactive? Do you have a good understanding of the needs of those who have experienced homelessness? We’d love to hear from you.

As a Youth Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will help residents to understand their rights and responsibilities as a tenant, achieve economic wellbeing and support their transition to independent living. Your support will be invaluable to their progression.

Residents move from our hostels into Transitional Homes, gradually working towards independence. We provide our residents with benefit, employment and skills support to help them make sustainable changes to their lifestyles.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is essential. You will be engaging, empathetic and an excellent communicator, which will enable you to relate and engage with our residents.  You will have a clear understanding of safeguarding and of delivering to a diverse customer base.
