Reception and Applications Administrator (Maternity Cover)



Nottinghamshire YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic, capable, and organised individual to become part of our team in the Business Resource Centre (BRC), located at our charity’s head office in Nottingham city centre.

As part of the BRC team, you will provide support for current projects, with an emphasis on administration for our Housing service. Your day-to-day duties will include internal and external correspondence, telephone calls, compiling and logging feedback as well as providing a professional and friendly service to our customers.

Your professional and reliable attitude will be key to the success of this role. You will be a confident individual with fantastic communication skills. You will be someone who works well in a team and can adapt to new environments quickly. You will be able to speak to a diverse range of customers in a polite, positive way, offering them excellent service and quality solutions.

You will be confident with clients both on the phone and face-to-face. You will be responsible for processing housing applications, managing client databases, dealing with enquiries and bookings, handling cash and invoicing.

Salary: £17,299.41 per annum
