People & Culture (P&C) Administrator
We’re looking for an experienced administrator with great people skills to join our team.
You will be as comfortable with desk administration tasks as you are communicating with all of our staff and service users. Your role will include maintaining our online People and Culture information system, planning and arranging meetings, assisting with the recruitment process and dealing with phone enquiries. You will also take the lead on monitoring, recording, collating, analysing and presenting employee information to a range of stake holders.
You will need an understanding of equality and diversity, safeguarding principles and procedures and data protection requirements and experience of using word, excel, outlook and access. These are the essentials. It is your great eye for detail and your customer service focus that will allow you to excel in this role and help us come up with ideas to improve our support processes.
It is important that you can work to pace in often a challenging environment and are self-motivated to meet tight deadlines. This role will be mainly office-based and you must be able to maintain a high level of self-discipline in ensuring all tasks are completed within given timeframes.
