People Business Partner
A unique opportunity has arisen to join the YMCA Robin Hood Group as it enters an incredibly exciting year of growth and new challenges. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our busy team as a People Business Partner, to support departments across the organisation in their work helping young people to belong, contribute and thrive.
As People Business Partner, you will be HR qualified, have proven generalist experience, and will play an integral role within the departmental teams that you provide support to. Responsible for the People agenda, you will also present detailed dashboards to departmental teams, explaining any trends, emerging themes, and implementing strategies to address any areas of concern. Having a people-centric approach to all that you do is essential, as is the ability to engender trust and confidence within your key stakeholder group.
Working as part of a team, you will report to the Head of People and will have the support of an HR Administrator, Talent Acquisition Business Partner and a Learning and Development Specialist. Self-motivated with a desire to add value to the Group, you will be able to work at pace and manage a number of priorities at any one time.
A keen ability to build strong professional relationships with your internal client group is of utmost importance, as are the skills to develop, build and maintain a performance management culture. As part of the YMCA Robin Hood Group, you will also champion our core values in all you do: Respect, Responsibility, Honesty and Caring.
If you have the drive and passion to work in a busy People Services team for our ambitious regional charity, we would love to hear from you.
