Maintenance Handyperson (Worksop)
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Handyperson/Caretaker to join our Maintenance Team in the county of Nottinghamshire!
As an organisation, we encourage personal development. We are focused on enhancing your skill set by providing access to a wide range of courses, including decoration, plumbing, plastering, and health & fire safety.
In your role as Maintenance Handyperson you will carry out repairs and general maintenance, so having a broad range of practical skills is essential. Your daily duties will encompass preventative planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance repairs, and can range from simple building maintenance to plumbing, painting, and gardening.
Applicants will have a trade background at NVQ/BTEC Level 2 and above to provide the necessary reactive maintenance support to our commercial portfolio. It is also essential to the role that you possess a full UK driving licence to facilitate the performance of your responsibilities.
We offer a wide variety of benefits to our staff including free gym membership, discounted childcare and much more.
If you would like to work within an organisation that supports healthy living, youth development and social responsibility, then why not apply now?
