The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Worker – Carpentry/Joinery to join our Maintenance Team in the county of Nottingham.

In your role as Maintenance Worker you will carry out repairs and general maintenance, so having a broad range of practical skills is essential. Your daily duties will encompass preventative planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance repairs, and can range from simple building maintenance to plumbing, painting, and gardening.

Applicants will have a trade background at NVQ/BTEC Level 2 or above in Joinery / Carpentry in order to provide the necessary reactive maintenance support to our commercial portfolio. It is also essential to the role that you possess a full UK driving licence to facilitate the performance of your responsibilities.

Responsible to: Maintenance Team Leader
Hours: 37.5 per week per week to include early mornings, weekends and evenings
Salary: £21,141 per annum (depending on experience)
