Maintenance Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader with proven experience working in a qualified trade position (plumbing/joinery are highly desirable) to supervise YMCA staff members in Nottinghamshire.

Are you proficient in I.T and communication skills with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including COSHH, lifting and handling, and working at heights?

In this pivotal role for Nottinghamshire YMCA as our charity expands in this area, you will work in partnership with maintenance workers and caretakers to ensure the good maintenance, safety and decoration of our Mansfield and Worksop hostels and other sites when necessary.

You will work flexibly, and will multi-task effective organisation, time-management and planning skills, and will possess the ability to understand the needs of people from diverse backgrounds.

Location: Based at Nottingham Shakespeare Street Hostel with travel to other sites
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £22,000 depending on experience
