Lead Link Worker – County
We are recruiting for a Lead Link Worker to manage and support the Multi Complex Needs team in Mansfield and Ashfield.
The Role
Are you experienced in leading a team supporting people with multiple and complex needs? Can you manage a small case load of residents displaying multiple and complex needs and with histories of rough sleeping enabling them to sustain a tenancy and achieve independent living?
As Lead Link Worker you will provide effective and comprehensive housing management for our Multi Complex Needs temporary accommodation sites in Mansfield and Ashfield, ensuring commissioned services are delivered pursuant to contractual and quality standards.
You will be an excellent communicators and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for managing your team as they provide high quality support for clients with complex needs in relation to substance misuse, mental health, and a wide variety of associated issues . You will be also be expected to supervise work placements, trainees etc as required provide direction and support to other members of the Housing team.
You will apply your caring, motivating and professional attitude to lead the Multi Complex Needs team and engage, and build trust and rapport with people within our services.
