Housing Development Manager (Nottinghamshire)
We are recruiting for an empathetic and person-centred Housing Development Manager to enhance the quality of service delivered to our YMCA residents in Nottinghamshire.
Do you have a background in managing supported housing for vulnerable adults and young people? Do you possess a current and in-depth knowledge of housing and homelessness issues and legislation, coupled with a desire to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are seeking an empathetic and person-centred manager with the acumen to manage and control complex operational and financial information, lead and support projects, and identify ways to enhance the quality of service delivered to our residents. You will demonstrate your experience of strategic planning to ensure the delivery of supported housing meets the priorities of the Association.
You will have the ability to manage and inspire a team, including managing performance indicators, target-setting, prioritising and monitoring and evaluating progress. You will understand the principles of change management and the importance of effective leadership, and have a comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding policy and best practice.

A degree level education in a Housing related subject is advantageous, as is at a qualification in a business or project management subject to at least level 4.
