We are seeking an exceptional, passionate individual to help transform and propel our company to achieve our ambitious objectives in driving positive change for local young people and families.

As Group Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to help set strategic direction and achieve our ambitious and exciting growth trajectory. You will provide vital strategic and operational support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board members during this exciting growth phase of our organisation.

Well organised and able to work under pressure, you will ensure that appropriate governance structures and infrastructures are in place and adhered to. Responsibilities will include providing executive level PA support to the Group CEO. With a background working in a fast paced, complex organisation, you will be self-motivated and flexible in your approach.

Job Details

Group Strategy and Transformation Manager

Department: Support Services
Responsible to: Group Chief Executive Officer
Location: Nottingham city centre and home based 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with some evening and weekend work. This is an executive level role, additional hours will be required to fulfil the requirements of the post
Salary: Circa £40,000 – dependent on experience/qualifications
