Group Executive Director – Supported Housing
We are recruiting for an experienced leader to sit on our Executive Leadership Team as Group Executive Director of Supported Housing and help us to achieve our ambitious and exciting growth trajectory for our Group Housing Service.
You will have significant experience of supported housing and an in-depth knowledge of the issues facing vulnerable adults and young people (16+) living in supported housing, in addition to managing large, diverse teams.
You will have experience of managing a heavy and demanding workload and have the ability to work at pace, whilst ensuring a quality service is delivered consistently across a range of sites.
You will instigate, develop, and sustain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including members of local communities, Councils, and external funders.
You will develop and deliver a Housing strategy that is aligned to our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility, enabling vulnerable adults to successfully move on to sustainable housing.
