Domestic Team Leader

We have a new role for a Domestic Team Leader to supervise our domestic team based in the city of Nottingham.

The Role

You will supervise members of our Domestic team and take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and tidiness of our hostel and transitional homes in Nottingham. As you will be travelling between sites, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar cleaning environment and good working knowledge of health and safety issues, COSHH regulations and colour coding systems.

You will be reliable and committed to providing an outstanding cleaning service for our YMCA. You’ll keep in mind the bigger picture and as you support your team to provide a professional and timely service, ensuring high standards are always met.
