Digital Media and Youth Practitioner (up to 1 Year)

A brilliant new opportunity has arisen for a passionate, creative practitioner with experience in community arts, digital art, music or media.

The Role
We have a new post available, funded for up to one year by Children in Need, perfect for experienced practitioners who are confident communicators and skilled in working with young people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Our ideal candidates will demonstrate a person-centred approach and encourage young people to be the best that they can be. Your role will be key in encouraging the development of self-esteem, moral integrity and respect for others. Alongside this, you get to share your love for digital art and media with young people in the community.

Demonstrating the ability to set clear boundaries, we’re keen to work with those who require minimal supervision are organised and can take the lead of sessions effectively.

Responsible to: Youth Programme Manager
Hours: 10 hours per week – term time only (39 weeks) to include evenings and weekends. Up to 1 year contract
Salary: £18.54 per hour
