Our team are looking for an energetic team player with a background in commercial management. You will be responsible for successfully managing projects across our organisation, including procuring lease and purchasing homes, maximising project margin, by adding value to the development process through cost management and driving best value and reporting amongst other responsibilities.
Working closely with the Head of Service, our ideal candidate will have an HND/degree or equivalent, or working towards this, and a knowledge and understanding of property / Construction Law. You will be motivated and organised, with the ability to multi-task and understand the needs of people from diverse communities.
Due to travel across sites, a driving licence is essential and access to own vehicle would be advantageous.
