City Transitional Maintenance Team Leader (Joiner)

Do you have proven experience working in a qualified trade position (joinery skills are particularly desirable) coupled with skills in supervising staff? Do you possess proficient I.T and communication skills?

The Role

Do you possess knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including COSHH, lifting and handling, and working at heights?

In this pivotal role for our Association in an expanding area we have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Team Leader to join us, working in partnership with maintenance workers and caretakers to ensure the good maintenance, safety and decoration of our Nottingham City Hostels and other sites when necessary.

You will work flexibly, and will multi-task effective organisation, time-management and planning skills, and will possess the ability to understand the needs of people from diverse backgrounds.
