Do you have a background in delivering customer service excellence in a social housing / Housing Benefit environment?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, and organised individual to become part of our team in the Business Resource Centre (BRC), located at our head office.
As part of the BRC team, you will provide support for current projects, with an emphasis on administration for our Housing service. You will be responsible for processing all housing applications and booking assessments, managing client databases and dealing with all initial enquiries into the organisation.
Your professional and reliable attitude will be key to the success of this role. You will be a confident individual with fantastic communication skills. You will be someone who works well in a team and can adapt to new environments quickly. You will be able to speak to a diverse range of customers in a polite, positive way, offering them excellent service and quality solutions.
You will be confident with clients both on the phone and face-to-face. Your day-to-day duties will include internal and external correspondence, answering the main switchboard, ordering all stationery, managing confidential storage and waste, processing post as well as providing a professional and friendly service to our internal and external customers.
