Presenting our Camp Williams Core Values Champions!

Nottinghamshire YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility run through everything we do at Nottinghamshire YMCA. We think that it is important to teach campers the importance of these values so that they can grow into kind, responsible adults who take care of the communities around them.

Camp Williams is our charity’s longest running day camp that runs every school holiday for young people across Nottinghamshire. Based at the Nottingham Emmanuel School in West Bridgford, Nottingham, campers can participate in a wide range of activities, including everything from archery and climbing to skateboarding and dance, with each week concluding in a grand Camp Fire Friday performance for parents and campers to enjoy.

At Camp Williams, we reward campers for showing our core values towards the staff team, as well as their fellow campers. By collecting all four core values wrist bands and receiving their Core Values Champion certificate, they go into the prize draw for a chance to win the Core Values Trophy! Here is an honours list of all of the amazing Camp Williams campers who have won this brilliant prize. Your child could be on here next time!
