The bright, spacious building houses a more relaxed fitness centre offering a variety of the latest equipment.
It's easy to find, next to the Arboretum and a 2 minute stroll from the High School tram stop. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre and bus stops on Alfreton Road. On Raleigh Street just go through the stone archway next to the church. Check out the map.
The Virtual Gym
For a different approach to fitness, climb the steps to the mezzanine floor and you'll find the uniquely fun Virtual Gym! Video linked Trixter Bikes and numerous Nintendo Wii Fit stations dispel the 'No pain, no gain' notion and inject an unorthodox good time into your workout.
