In the heart of the city, is the heart of Nottinghamshire YMCA. Our Shakespeare Street site not only acts as our registered office, but also houses Nottingham's biggest hostel and our brand new, flagship fitness centre, Club Y. Additionally, it has it's own coffee lounge and provides a home for the Sony Centre, as well as 86 residents.

It's city centre location ensures it's very easy to find. Just walk out the side entrance of the Victoria Centre and it's in front of you, across the road. You'll notice our logo if you look skyward. Shakespeare Street also plays host to Nottingham Trent University, the Fire and Police Stations and of course, a Tesco Express... Check out the map.

Twinned with our All Saints Fitness Centre, Club Y at the YMCA on Shakespeare Street has been created with you in mind. We care for your health, fitness and wellbeing, and we have developed our new facility to help you improve all of these. In addition to its state of the art equipment and friendly staff, it enjoys a superb, easily accessible city centre location. We don’t have any contracts to sign you up to and we don’t ask for a joining fee...
