Job Purpose:

• To sustain, support and provide guidance to young people in our accommodation by maximising their abilities to claim benefit and access grants and to effectively prepare them to be successful in independent living situations
• To lead, develop, maintain and implement an effective youth work provision for Nottinghamshire YMCA Housing
• To provide professional supervision, coaching and mentoring for students on youth work training placements with Nottinghamshire YMCA
• To support the development of an organisational culture that puts our Core Values at the centre - Caring, Honesty, Respect & Responsibility
