Head of Housing and Care
Job Purpose:
- To be responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, quality assurance and management of the Housing and Care Department
- To be responsible for the delivery, expansion and performance of a high quality, financially sustainable and comprehensive Housing service
- To work closely with the Programmes Director in relation to the development, sustainability and growth of our childrens settled care provisions
- To initiate and develop practical and strategic partnerships with external organisations
- To support the development of an organisational culture that puts our Core Values at the centre - Caring, Honesty, Respect & Responsibility
