Member Advisor (Exercise Referral Consultant)
Job Purpose:
- To assess client’s needs and deliver suitable physical activity options for those referred by health professionals and for those accessing our Fitness Centre and programmes directly.
- To supervise, induct, train and support all members in order to sustain memberships and ensure that members gain maximum benefit from their membership.
- To deliver exercise classes within our Fitness Centre and in the community.
- To act as Duty Manager for our Fitness Centre
- To support the development of an organisational culture that puts our Core Values at the centre - Caring, Honesty, Respect & Responsibility
