Departments: Executive Management

The Executive Management Team is led by our Chief Executive, Will Wakefield and includes Craig Berens (Programme Manager), Gill Turnbull (Accounts and Central Services Manager) and Andrea Shea (Human Resources Manager). Will reports to the Board, which is made up of voluntary members. Will (through the staff team) is responsible for the executive and operational function of the YMCA.

Our aim, through the combined efforts of the Association, is to deliver the Vision and Strategic plan. The more engaged the staff, the higher the outcomes. We want and need a fully engaged work force.
