Nottinghamshire YMCA's December Day Camp experience offers children and young people in school years 1 to 7, the chance to get involved, learning new skills, making new friends, having new experiences and building their own self confidence.

There is a wide range of activities available over the four days including: swimming, football, arts & crafts projects, parachute games, and lots more. Groups will be organised according to age and activities. Children will have the opportunity to try lots of activities which are centred around fun.

Our trained staff will make this a camp experience to remember by keeping activities new and exciting every day.

LOCATIONS
We are delighted to be working in partnership with East Leake Leisure Centre and Bingham Leisure Centre. Both centres offer a swimming pool, sports halls and activity rooms, which allow our programming to be fun, diverse and safe for children of all ages.

•   We will be making sure every child is signed in and out of camp each day
•   No longer will we accept registrations on the day of camp

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment must be made in full by Cheque, Postal order, Debit or Credit Card prior to the first day of camp.

2. Emergency contact name and number must be provided. If this information is not given your child will not be able to take part.

3. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact Parents/Guardians before arranging medical treatment. If this is not possible we will inform you at the earliest possible time afterwards.

4. Bookings will only be accepted by a parent or person with parental responsibility.

5. Amendments to booking including cancellation will incur the following charges subject to availability: 
- a 4 or more weeks prior to booking - £5 per child change
- b Less than 2 weeks prior to booking - £10 per child change

6. Please be aware that children MUST be dropped off between 8:30am and 9:30am and be picked up between 4:30pm and 5:30pm and MUST be signed in and out.

7. Your child must be collected by the latest published time. If you know you are going to be late to collect your child please ring the Leisure Centre in advance so that arrangements can be made (Bingham Leisure Centre: 0194 983 8628, East Leake Leisure Centre: 01509 852 956). Failure to do so will result in a late collection fine of £2 per 15 minutes thereafter. 

8. Nottinghamshire YMCA does not accept responsibility for personal possessions. Parents should ensure items are adequately labelled and covered by insurance.

9. Children who fall ill prior to the Nottinghamshire YMCA camp should not be brought to the site, to avoid spreading infection. Nottinghamshire YMCA reserves the right to exclude anyone from camp for this reason. Refunds will only be given on the production of a doctor’s note less a £5 administration fee.

10. Posting in or emailing this form does not constitute a registration until you have received a booking reference code (BRC) back from a representative of the Nottinghamshire YMCA staff.

11. Do not bring personal possessions; phones, portable video game systems, money, and other valuables

12. Children are required to provide their own lunch, snack, drink and athletic footwear

13. A minimum of ten children must be enrolled for a course to run.

14. Each camper is expected to be caring, honest, respectful and responsible at all times.

15. Year Eights are accepted at the sole discretion of the course director.

16. Nottinghamshire YMCA reserves the right to terminate any booking, which fails to meet these conditions. In these instances no refund will be given.
