All Saints YMCA
As well as being the managerial and creative hub of Nottinghamshire YMCA, our All Saints site caters for a full range of community needs. It houses an innovative state of the art fitness centre which is home to our Active4Life GP Referral programme. All Saints is also instrumental in a great deal of local youth projects including YMCA Digital - our FM Youth Radio Station. Even families utilise All Saints through the MEND programme.
It's easy to find, next to the Arboretum and a 2 minute stroll from the High School tram stop. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre and bus stops on Alfreton Road. On Raleigh Street just go through the stone archway next to the church. Check out the map.
The light and spacious newly refurbished building houses a wellness centre which boasts the latest fitness equipment, as well as the uniquely fun Virtual Gym! Video linked Trixter Bikes and Nintendo Wii Fit stations dispel the 'no pain, no gain' notion and replace it with a fun approach to getting into shape... 
Part of the new Creative Arts and Digital Media department of Nottinghamshire YMCA, the project is a new and exciting venture designed for young people between ages 13 to 19 and is focused around youth using and learning many different mediums of digital Media and creative arts... 
The MEND Programme is a fun course for families with children aged 7 to 13 whose weight is above the healthy range for their age and height. It runs twice a week after school in two-hour sessions over 10 weeks. The Programme helps children and families manage their weight better and lead healthier lives. It was developed by child health experts and research shows it really works....
