Blast FX Body weight only conditioning routines that promise to shred fat & boost fitness –fast. Real results In record time
Boxcercise Basic boxing drills using focus pads will get your heart pumping, improve muscle tone and relieve stress. No boxing experience necessary
Circuit & Abs Tone & strengthen your abdominals in a short intense session including a circuit
Fight FX A choreographed non contact fight workout.
Fitball Improve your balance, muscle tone and posture using the fitball. This session will work all the major muscle groups whilst focusing on your core muscles
Fitness Pilates Incorporates fitball, resistance band & standing Pilates sequences, focusing on the core
Fit & Fun-ctional Simple fun movements using seated and standing exercises
Group Exercise Welcome Would you like to find out more about our group exercise sessions? Want to talk with an instructor about which sessions are suitable for you? Then come along to our group exercise welcome session
Kettlebells An all round conditioning workout using Kettlebells to develop strength, endurance, cardiovascular and flexibility
Nordic Walking Outdoor fitness walking session using Nordic Walking Poles

Pump FX Fantastic all round exercise challenges and strengthens all major muscles using barbells, weights and steps
Spinning Structured workout on stationary bikes incorporating sprints, hill climbs and recovery
Yoga Enhancing flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation. Rejuvenates the body and restores the mind to simplicity
Zumba A Latin inspired dance workout which creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. A mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps
Zumba Gold Modifies the Zumba workout to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting exercise
